About Half of U.S. Smartphone Owners Say They Spend Too Much Time Using It

I am on this fucking thing way too much. Sometimes I swap it out for a laptop screen, which isn't any better, but phones are just too goddamn convenient. Especially if you have an addictive personality. Oh well lol 🤷
